2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and necessary access to platforms and accounts.
- Submit required content, approvals, and feedback on time.
- Ensure they have the legal rights to all logos, images, videos, trademarks, and other materials provided to us.
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
- Ongoing services are billed according to the agreed billing cycle.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing performance depends on many factors including competition, audience behavior, budget, algorithms, and market conditions.
While we apply industry best practices, DevAnuj Digital Marketing does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment (ROI).
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The client retains ownership of content they provide.
- Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- DevAnuj Digital Marketing may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Policy changes
- Account suspensions
- Algorithm updates
- Third-party service interruptions
7. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected service package. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
8. Cancellation
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing prior written notice, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
Any completed work and fees already incurred remain payable.
9. Limitation of Liability
DevAnuj Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, where permitted by applicable law.
